Important points for Assam BAMS Counseling 2022 23
1. The eligible candidates must bring the duly filled-up APPLICATION FORM mentioned below, along with all relevant Certificates in original, attached with the Application Form. Certificate and Marks sheets of Class 12, Science examination, Admit Card of HSLC, or equivalent examination. Passed Certificate of HSLC or equivalent examination.
2. Permanent residential Certificate, Caste, and other reserved category certificates, NCL. Admit Card and Score Card of NEET-2022 and other relevant documents in original. A set of photocopies of all the said documents duly self-signed by the candidate are to be submitted along with the Application Form at the time of counseling.
3. All candidates must appear personally for counseling on the scheduled dates and times. Failing will forfeit the candidate’s merit position and no claim shall be considered later.
4. For OBC/MOBC (NCL) Category candidates-
i) They must submit the original Non-creamy layer (NCL) OBC/MOBC certificate
issued by the D.C. of the concerned district.
ii) The Application Form to be submitted by OBC/MOBC category candidate must clearly show the candidate belongs to the Non-creamy layer.
5. For EWS Category- The EWS certificate issued by the concerned authority must be submitted at the time of counseling for the said category candidates.
Application Fee- The candidate shall be required to deposit an amount of Rs.500 as a counseling fee through Treasury Challan into-
- “State Exchequer under Head of Account “0210-03-101-0000-000-00-00-EE-V-GA” The copy of the deposit Challan (Original/Duplicate/Triplicate) must be submitted at the time of Counseling.”
