Salary: RS 30,000 to RS1,10,000 + Grade Pay of RS 17500 + 30% Special Allowance of Basic Pay and other allowances as admissible.
Post Name: Special Public Prosecutors

Salary: RS 30,000 to RS 1,10,000 + Grade Pay of RS 16900 + 30% Special Allowance of Basic Pay and other allowances as admissible.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University of India (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or State Act) or an Institute recognized by the Government of Assam or by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Service Qualification
For Public Prosecutor: Applicants should have a minimum of 8 (eight) years of practice as an Advocate, including experience in the High Court, primarily in criminal cases.
For the other posts: Candidates should have a minimum of 7 (seven) years of practice as an Advocate, including experience in the High Court, primarily in criminal cases.
Age: The maximum age limit is 50 years for Unreserved category, The age criteria will be in accordance with the norms set by the Government. There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 10 years for Persons with Disability, and for Ex-Servicemen.
