How To Apply-
The intending candidates shall submit their applications in Standard Form as
published in the Assam Gazette in Part-1X with 3(three) copies of self attested recent
coloured passport size photographs through proper channel by enclosing experience
certificate issued by the competent authority/ respective Chief Judicial Magistrate
along with other testimonials including copy of Service Book and copies of ACR of
last 3 (three) years.
The eligibility and criteria for selection shall be on the basis of provision of Rule
6(1) of the Assam Chief Judicial Magistrate Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rule,
1987.
The application and other particulars should be submitted to the office of the
undersigned so as to reach this office on or before 31.10.2022 during office hours.

(As no any application had been received against the advertisement dated 23.08.2022 issued vide memo no. CJM/SVR/Estt./2022/5264 dated 23.08.2022, the period of experience in the service as Upper Division Assistant is relaxed as per rule 17 of the Assam Chief Judicial Magistrates Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules, 1987, to 05 years, as on 31.10.2022, or serving as Supervisory Assistant in any Chief Judicial Magistrates Establishment (Ministerial).
The candidates shall have to appear before the recruitment board for interview on their own expenses as and when called for.)
