Who is Assam State Disaster Authority?

Assam State Disaster Authority is a body or institution constituted in act 2005 to manage the disaster situation within the state of Assam. It is responsible for response and recovery in the state and also implementation of disaster preparedness. 

ASDMA is used to monitor natural calamities and release advisories to the government and the public.

Qualification and Experience-

ASDMA mentioned that the Candidate shall have a degree in B.E/B.Tech in civil engineering.

Candidates having ME./M.Tech in civil engineering will get more preference.

Pay Scale- Rs 70,000-80,000/per month.

Experience-

Candidate having minimum five years experience in preparation of DPRs, Civil Construction of public infrastructure, field supervision, Structural Design, Knowledge of prevailing Structural design software, field supervision, etc.

Working in rural areas of Assam is desirable.

The local language must be known to the candidate, which is Assamese, Bengali Bodo e.t.c.
