- Information Dissemination: Keeping the BDO office in Birsing Jarua Dev Block and the DC office in Dhubri informed about issues, challenges, and the need for support.

- Performance Assessment: Utilizing the ABP portal to evaluate the performance of the Block and communicate with all Block-level officials.
- Training and Reporting: Attending training programs conducted by NITI Aayog, the State, or the District, and submitting regular reports to these entities.
- Supervision and Reporting: Working under the overall guidance of the District Commissioner (DC) and Block Development Officer (BDO) of the District and reporting to the BDO for daily functions.
