- Supervision and Reporting: Working under the overall guidance of the District Commissioner (DC) and Block Development Officer (BDO) of the District and reporting to the BDO for daily functions.
- Final Eligibility Decision: The District Commissioner, Dhubri, will make the ultimate determination regarding the eligibility of candidates, and if any candidate is found not to meet the eligibility conditions upon verification, their candidature will be canceled.
