ASSAM TEACHER RECRUITMENT WILL BEGIN SOON EDUCATION MINISTER ASSAM.

Good news for the TET pass candidates of Assam, Hon’ble Education Minister of Assam Ranoj Pegu has informed that another big teacher recruitment process (ASSAM TEACHER RECRUITMENT) will start in Assam soon. “A process of appointing teachers has already started earlier, and a process will be started soon,” he said in an interview. Care will be taken to fill up all the vacancies we have”.

Surely, the education minister’s statement has brought hope to the underprivileged candidates who have passed the TET. On the other hand, in this process of recruitment of teachers, there is a possibility of conducting the TET examination again. Because as per the NCT rules, it is a kind of mandatory to conduct the TET examination every year in the field of teacher recruitment. Therefore, the possibility of conducting the TET exam again for students who have completed their teaching degree or diploma course cannot be ruled out. (ASSAM TEACHER RECRUITMENT)

Educational qualifications- For lower Primary Teacher.

1. At least 50% marks in Higher Secondary.
2. Two-year Diploma in Elementary Education from recognized institutes.
3. 45% marks in Higher Secondary and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002.
4. At least 50% marks in Higher Secondary with Four year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
5. At least 50% marks in Higher Secondary and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (Special Education)
6. Graduation from UGC recognized University with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
7. Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks from UGC recognized University with and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) from recognized institute.
8. All candidates must have TET qualified certificate.
9. 5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST (P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC & PH candidates.

Educational qualifications- For Upper Primary Teacher.

1. Graduation from UGC recognized University with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
2. Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks from UGC recognized University and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institute.
3. Graduation with at least 45% marks from UGC recognized University with one year of Bachelor in Education(B.Ed.) from a recognized institute/University
4. Graduation with at least 50% marks from UGC recognized University with one year Bachelor in Education (Special Education) from a recognized institution/University.
5.  5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST (P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC & PH candidates.
6. All candidates must have TET qualified certificate.

Age limit- Minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 40 years for the unreserved category.

 3 years relaxation for OBC/MOBC and 5 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) and 10 years for Persons with Disability (PwD).

For TET exam

Eligibility criteria for Assam TET lower primary teacher.

A. Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.

B. Candidate must have a professional qualification as per NCTE norms.

C. Higher secondary with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

D. Higher secondary with at least 50% marks and a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education.

E.  Higher Secondary with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Education.

F. Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

G. Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

Eligibility criteria for Assam TET Upper primary teacher.

1. BA/BSC/BCOM with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
2. Having 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and with a B. Ed degree.
3. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education.
4. Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A/B. Sc. Ed. Or B.A. Ed/B. Sc. Ed.
5. Graduation with at least 50% marks and one year B. Ed.
