Eligibility Criteria-

Must be a citizen of India or Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan Refugee who arrived in India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Must be a person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

However, candidates falling under categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) above must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Application Fee-

Application Fees/Intimation Charges for online payment will be applicable from 1st June 2023 to 21st June 2023, including both dates. The fee structure is as follows:

Officer (Scale I, II & III)-

RS 175, (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.

RS 850, (inclusive of GST) for all other categories.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)-

RS 175, (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PWBD/EXSM candidates.

RS 850, (inclusive of GST) for all other categories.

Please note that any bank transaction charges related to online payment of fees/intimation charges will be the responsibility of the candidate.

Age Limit-

Age Criteria (as of 01.06.2023) for the respective positions are as follows-

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) – Minimum age: Above 21 years Maximum age: Below 40 years Candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale-II (Manager) – Minimum age: Above 21 years Maximum age: Below 32 years Candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) – Minimum age: Above 18 years Maximum age: Below 30 years Candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1993 and later than 31.05.2005 (both dates inclusive).

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Minimum age: 18 years Maximum age: 28 years Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1995 and later than 01.06.2005 (both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation- According to the government policy.

How to Apply

Candidates can apply for the position of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and also for the position of Officer. However, they can only apply for one post in the officer’s cadre, either Officer Scale-I, Scale-II, or Scale-III.

Separate applications and payment of fees/intimation charges are required for each post.

The application must be submitted online. No other mode of application will be accepted.

The online application can be submitted only between 1st June 2023 and 21st June 2023. Applications submitted outside this period will not be considered.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online:

Before applying online, candidates should:

(i) Scan the following documents:

Photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm)

Left thumb impression (If the left thumb is not available, the right thumb can be used. If both thumbs are missing, the impression of one of the fingers of the left hand can be taken.

In case no fingers are available on the left hand, the impression of one of the fingers of the right hand can be taken. If no fingers are available, the impression of the left toe can be taken.

In all such cases, the uploaded document should specify the name of the finger and the specification of left/right hand or toe.)

Handwritten declaration (provided text in English)

Certificate as mentioned in Clause J (x) for eligible candidates

Ensure that all scanned documents adhere to the required specifications mentioned in Annexure III of the advertisement.

(ii) Note that the signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted.

(iii) Make sure that the signature, photograph, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and required certificate are properly scanned and not smudged or blurred.

(iv) The handwritten declaration should be in the candidate’s handwriting, in English, and in sentence case (not in CAPITAL LETTERS). If written by someone else or in any other language, the application will be considered invalid.

(v) Keep the necessary details and documents ready for making the online payment of the application fee/intimation charges.

(vi) Have a valid personal email ID and keep it active until the declaration of results. IBPS may send important notifications, including call letters for the examination, through the registered email ID. The candidate should not share or mention their email ID to anyone else. If the candidate doesn’t have a valid personal email ID, they should create one before applying online and maintain that email account.

Important Points

Candidates must bring necessary documents, such as a valid call letter and a photocopy of their photo ID, matching the name on the online application form, during the preliminary and main/single examinations, interviews, and joining processes. Candidates should not send any documents directly to IBPS before or after the online examination.

During the preliminary examination for Officers Scale I and Office Assistants, the call letter and photo ID proof will be authenticated by the examination center staff and returned to the candidates. They need to bring the authenticated call letter and photo ID proof for the Main examination. Scribe forms (if applicable) must be submitted during both the preliminary and main examinations.

Candidates without the authenticated call letter and photocopy of ID proof from the preliminary examination will not be allowed to appear for the main examination.

For the Single Examination for Officers Scale II and III, candidates need to submit the call letter and photocopy of ID proof at the examination venue as instructed.

Candidates should bring an additional photograph (matching the one pasted on the call letter) along with the call letter and other required documents to the examination. Candidates without the photograph pasted on the call letter or an additional photograph will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Candidates should apply for only one post in the Officers’ cadre, either Scale-I, II, or III. Applications for multiple posts will be rejected.

Before applying for the CRP for Officers and Office Assistant posts in the Regional Rural Banks, candidates should carefully read the advertisement and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and other requirements. They should follow all instructions for submitting the online application.

The candidate’s admission to the examination and subsequent processes is provisional. IBPS/Regional Rural Banks reserve the right to reject any application and cancel the candidature if eligibility norms are not met or incorrect/false information is provided.

The decision of Nodal RRBs/Regional Rural Banks/IBPS regarding eligibility, scrutiny, qualifications, documents, and other matters related to CRP RRBs-XII is final and binding. No correspondence or personal inquiries will be entertained.

Candidates using a scribe should ensure that the scribe is not a candidate for the examination. Violation of this rule will lead to the cancellation of both the candidate’s and the scribe’s candidature.

Candidates should submit only one application for any cadre (Office Assistant and Officers). Only the latest valid application will be considered, and the application fee/intimation charges for multiple registrations will be forfeited.

Multiple attendance/appearances in the online examination and/or interview will be rejected.

Online applications once registered cannot be withdrawn, and the application fee/intimation charges will not be refunded or reserved for any other examination.

Any disputes arising from this advertisement and the recruitment process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.

Canvassing or seeking undue influence will lead to disqualification from the process.

Requests for changing the date, time, or venue of the online examination and common interview will not be entertained.

Requests for changing the address or details mentioned in the online application form will not be entertained.

In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation of clauses in languages other than English, the English version available on the authorized IBPS website will prevail.

The candidate’s signature in all places, including the call letter and attendance sheet, should be identical with no variation. Signatures in capital letters will not be accepted.

Candidates should upload a recent, recognizable photograph in the online application form and retain copies for use in various stages of the process. Changing appearance during the process or failure to produce the same photograph may lead to disqualification. ……………………………………..
