District and Sessions Judge, Tinsukia, released a vacancy notification for the post of Process server and Office peon, Grade four posts.

Pay Scale– – Rs14,000 to Rs60,500 with a pay scale of Rs5,200.

Educational qualifications- Graduate Degree in any discipline, with knowledge of the Assamese language.

No of Posts– 02 Posts.

Name of Recruitment- District and Sessions Judge, Tinsukia.

Pay Scale– – Rs12,000 to Rs52,500 with a pay scale of Rs3,900.

Educational qualifications- Having a class 8 passed certificate from any govt recognized school or institute.

Candidates shall produce a Self-Declaration certificate along with the application form mentioning that “he/ she has not passed HSSLC or equivalent examination or above.

Application Fee- No application fee.

Age limit- Candidate must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as of the date of publication of the advertisement. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. norms.

Selection Process –

The eligible candidates for the post of Process Server shall be required to appear for a written test followed by Viva voce. The written test shall be based on a question paper of 100 marks comprising two groups. Group A – English, General Awareness, Mathematical ability and Aptitude comprising 70 marks, and Group B- Assamese comprising 30 marks. The minimum mark to qualify for the written test is 60% in both groups.

For the post of Peon, only an interview and viva voce will be held.

The list of provisionally eligible candidates along with interview dates/ venue etc shall be uploaded to the official website of the Tinsukia District Judiciary.No separate call letters will be issued. The candidates are requested to refer to the website regularly for further details.

The applicants shall have to compulsorily mention their mobile numbers at the top of the application form.

Candidates serving in Govt. Departments/ other Offices should submit their application through the proper channel.

Applications must be accompanied by self-attested copies of all the testimonials regarding educational qualification, age, caste, valid employment exchange registration card, and experience (if any) along with three copies of recent passport-size photographs.
