Intending applicants are requested to visit the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam from 12th May, 2023 onwards, for the aforementioned link to be available, wherein the last date of submission of application shall be notified

The selection process includes written test and personal interview.
Important Points (Assam career)
The medium of instruction, with the exception of language subjects, shall be English.
Separate Merit Lists will be prepared for each category of the post, based on district and post category. As of January 1st, 2023, candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 45 years of age.
Candidates are required to submit separate applications for each district and post, along with the corresponding application fees. The application process must be completed online through the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam.
Offline applications will not be accepted. The Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Assam will verify the online applications and submitted documents, along with the original testimonials of the candidates.
A detailed schedule and venue for the screening and verification of documents will be announced on the official website, organized on a district-wise basis.
Candidates are responsible for their own travel expenses and no travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided.
The verification process will be centrally conducted by the Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, and candidates will be collectively notified on the official website by the competent authority.
The online applications and submitted documents will be verified using modern technology, including the utilization of DigiLocker (a digital document storage service provided by the Government of India), as well as scanning barcodes or QR codes to ensure the authenticity of uploaded documents.
Additionally, the competent board/council/authority may conduct a physical document verification if deemed necessary, providing prior notice to the candidates.
Candidate will be barred from future recruitment under the Government of Assam, and legal action may be initiated against them.
The candidate must specify and select the districts for which they are submitting their application.
During the verification process conducted by the Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, candidates must present the original certificates, testimonials, and documents that were uploaded during the application stage.
There is no reservation policy applicable in the selection process. Candidates will be selected solely based on merit. Candidates with a “NOT CLEAR” (NC) status in any qualification will not be eligible to apply.
