Assam career -Applications are welcomed in the prescribed Standard Form from eligible candidates, possessing computer knowledge, to fill vacant positions of contractual staff for counters at eSeva kendras. These counters are designated for Nagaon Judiciary and Kaliabor Sub Divisional Courts, under the administration of the District & Sessions Judge, Nagaon.

Position Details

• Name of the Post: Contractual Staff for Manning Counters
• Number of Vacant Posts: 2 (One for Nagaon and one for Kaliabor)
• Remuneration: Rs. 15,000/- (Fixed pay per month)
• Contract Period: 1 (one) year
• Nature of Position: Temporary

Terms and Conditions

• Applicants must be Indian citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
• Upper age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules.
• Minimum Qualification: HSSLC passed, with a one-year Diploma or Certificate course in computer education from a reputed/recognized institute.
• Providing false information about educational qualifications will lead to rejection of candidature.
• Applications must be received by 21/08/2023, 05.00 P.M. No applications will be accepted after this date. The office is not responsible for postal delays.
• Applications should be submitted through Courier/Registered Post/Speed Post or deposited in the “DROP BOX” at the 04th Floor of the District & Sessions Judge’s Court Building in Nagaon.
• Contact numbers and email ID must be provided in the application.
• Address the application to the District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Nagaon. Mention “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONTRACTUAL STAFF FOR MANNING COUNTERS AT ESEVA KENDRA” on the envelope.
• Applicants must submit self-attested photocopies of educational qualifications, age proof, and caste certificate along with two recent passport-size photographs.
• Incomplete or unsigned applications without proper supporting documents will be rejected.
• The contract period is limited to 01 (one) year, with no entitlement for extension. The contract will terminate automatically after one year from the signing date.
• Selected candidates will not be entitled to any leaves.
• Eligible candidates will be called for a viva-voce/interview as notified.
• Lists of eligible and non-eligible candidates will be published on the official website (nagaonjudiciary.gov.in) along with the interview date.
• No separate call letters will be issued.
• All recruitment-related information, including final results, will be posted on the official District Judiciary website.
• Applicants are advised to frequently visit the official website for updates.
• Direct or indirect canvassing will result in disqualification.
