Remuneration: Fixed remuneration of RS 20,000 Per month.

Marks obtained in graduation: 50 Marks
Knowledge of Disaster Management-related issues: 20 Marks
Computer knowledge: 20 Marks
Attitude and personality traits: 10 Marks
