How to Apply
Applicants who meet the qualifications must apply through the Standard Form of Application provided in the Gazette Part IX of the Government of Assam[Download].
The completed application should be submitted to the Office of the
“Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Kamrup (M), NEJOTI Building, B.K. Kakoti Road, Ulubari, Guwahati-781007, Assam”.
The deadline for receipt of applications is 30-03-2023 by 4.00 PM. The application may be sent by post or delivered directly to the drop box at the Office of the
“Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Kamrup (M), NEJOTI Building, B.K. Kakoti Road, Ulubari, Guwahati-781007, Assam”.
The Selection Board will not assume any responsibility for postal delays under any circumstances.
Application Fee- No application fee for the application of vacant posts.
Selection Criteria- The date and time of the interview and written test will be notified on the official website later on.
Important Points
To complete the application, candidates must provide the following documents- (a) Three recent colored-passport size photographs with a signature on the reverse side,
(b) Self-attested copies of testimonials to support their AGE, CASTE, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, etc.
(c) Self-declaration certificate,
(d) Mobile numbers should be written in RED INK at the top of the Standard Form, (e) Valid Employment Exchange Certificate (mandatory).
Candidates who are already employed by the government must apply through the proper channel and obtain a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer on the day of the interview if shortlisted. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected without exception, and any candidate found canvassing directly or indirectly will be disqualified.
Applications may be submitted by Ordinary/Speed/Registered Post or delivered directly to the undersigned’s office.
Provisionally eligible candidates must appear for a written Interview/Viva Voce at their own expense, and no TA & DA is provided.
The application should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the heading “Application for the post of Grade IV (Peon).”
The selection will be based entirely on merit, and no individual call letters will be issued. However, the list of sorted-out candidates and the date and location of the interview will be posted on the official website.
