Educational qualifications- Candidates must have matriculation passed certificates, having passed Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects conducted by any recognized Board like State level educational board or Central Board of Secondary Education.
Other Qualification- Candidates must have a good Knowledge of computers and cycles with Adequate means of livelihood.
Salary- RS 10,000 to RS 24,470 for the post of Gramin Dak Sevaks. Rs 12,000 to RS 29,380 for the posts of Branch Post Master.

The application fee of RS 100 is to be paid by the candidates for all posts. The payment of fees is exempted for all female applicants and other reserved category candidates.
Documents needed- The applicant is required to upload a passport-size photograph and signature in the desirable JPEG format. The size of the photograph must be not more than 50kb, and the size of the scanned signature must be not more than 20kb.
The selection for all the posts will be based on the merit list generated by the system. The merit list will be determined by the marks obtained in the matriculation examination. All subjects must have been passed according to the board’s norms.
