Minimum Educational Qualifications
- A Master’s degree from a recognized university in Physics, Math’s, Chemistry, BODO (MIL), Assamese (MIL), Economics, Political Science, History, Home Science, Travel and Tourism, Environmental Science, Sociology, or Geography, along with B.Ed.
- Higher Secondary TET qualification is required.
- In cases where Higher Secondary TET qualified candidates are not available, a Master’s degree from a recognized university in the mentioned subjects is acceptable.
- Preference is given to candidates with teaching experience in UP/HS/HSS levels.
- Reservation: All positions are reserved for female candidates.
- Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation applicable for SC, ST (P), ST (H), OBC, and PH for 5 years as per Govt. of Assam OM No- ABP 06/2016/04 dated 03-03-2016.
- Non-TET candidates must qualify the Higher Secondary TET within 3 consecutive TET exams if selected.
Salary
RS 22,000 for TET qualified candidates and RS 20000 for NON-TET qualified candidates.
