Educational qualifications– In order to be eligible for the vacant posts, it is essential that candidates have a minimum educational qualification of Class VIII standard.
It’s important to note that individuals who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or higher qualifications will not be eligible to apply for these positions.

Pay Scale– The pay scale for the vacant positions is RS 12,000-52,000 with Pay band one, plus Grade pay of RS 3,900.
Age- Candidates’ age must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01/01/2023.

How to apply
Candidates are required to submit their applications in the standard format, along with self-attested copies of all testimonials related to educational qualifications, age, and experience.
The application should include a recent passport-size photograph of the candidate pasted in the given space, and two additional copies of passport-size photographs, duly signed by the candidate on the back side, should be stapled to the top right corner of the application form.
The envelope containing the application should clearly indicate the name of the post applied for in block letters as-
“APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON” or “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CHOWKIDAR”.
The application should be addressed to-
“The Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udalguri, P.0 and Dist- Udalguri, Pin-784509, Assam.”
Must be sent by post. Alternatively, candidates may also submit their applications in person by placing them in the drop box provided in the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on working days.

Candidates are required to provide their mobile numbers in the application. If applying for both posts, candidates should submit separate applications.
Those who are already employed in government services must apply through proper channels and produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer during the interview if shortlisted.

Incomplete applications, including those without proper supporting documents or photographs, will be rejected. Unsigned applications or those that are incomplete in any way will also be summarily rejected.
