Assam career 21/02/2023. Applications are being invited by the Udalguri Judiciary to fill the vacant Sheristadar and Chief Administrative officer.

The intending candidates can apply with the Certificate issued by the respective District and Sessions Judges along with all the testimonials and Experience two recent passport-sized photographs.

The candidates shall also mention their personal contact numbers in future communication. Applications should reach the office of the applications in order to facilitate the undersigned on or before 06/03/2023

Name of Posts, Sheristadar and Chief Administrative officer

Educational qualifications– To apply, the candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have previously served as a Sheristadar or Additional Head Assistant in the District and Sessions Judge Establishment for a continuous period of at least 5 (five) years. Nonetheless, the Selection Committee retains the discretion to relax the eligibility criteria in case of necessity and circumstances.

Pay Scale– Pay Scale of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 with grade pay of Rs. 14,500 per month along with other admissible allowances as per ROP Rules 2017.

 Age- Candidates’ age must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01/01/2023.

Application Fee- No application fee for the vacant posts of Peon and Chowkidar.

How to apply

Candidates are required to submit their applications in the standard format, along with self-attested copies of all testimonials related to educational qualifications, age, and experience.

The application should include a recent passport-size photograph of the candidate pasted in the given space, and two additional copies of passport-size photographs, duly signed by the candidate on the back side, should be stapled to the top right corner of the application form.

The envelope containing the application should clearly indicate the name of the post applied for in block letters as-

 “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ……” The application should be addressed to-

“The Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udalguri, P.0 and Dist- Udalguri, Pin-784509, Assam.”

 Must be sent by post. Alternatively, candidates may also submit their applications in person by placing them in the drop box provided in the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Selection Procedure

The date of the interview and viva-voce journey for appearing in the interview and viva-voce will be entertained and will be published on the official website only. No TA/ DA for the. No individual call letter for viva-voce will be issued.

Important Points
