Educational qualifications
Candidates for the post of Subject Teacher must possess a Master’s Degree in relevant subjects from any government-recognized university.
Candidates must have fluency in English speaking.
Candidates should have a good command of the subject.
Pay Scale– Fix pay of Rs 15,000 per month.
Age
Candidates’ age must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01/01/2023.

Based on this philosophy, a group of Philomaths from Greater Dhakuakhana came together to initiate a movement for social development. As a first step towards realizing this goal, they envisioned and brought to life the junior college, Kaizen Academy.Despite having a large number of talented students, Greater Dhakuakhana lacked quality educational institutions of higher education. The need for a world-class institute that would provide quality education, guidance, and special coaching for competitive exams was felt for a long time. Additionally, students needed exposure to yoga, meditation, and stress management skills to cope with the present environment of cut-throat competition and severe mental stress.
With meticulous planning, the Kaizen Academy was created to provide complete development of body, mind, and soul. Starting from the 2020-21 session, the institute offers classes for Science and Humanities. It provides a golden opportunity for students who had to resort to education outside of Dhakuakhana, away from their families and homely comfort. It is hoped that, apart from reducing the outflow of brilliant students from Dhakuakhana, there will be an inflow of students from nearby areas.
At Kaizen Academy, the focus is on providing learning that is at par with any renowned institute. The importance of board exam results and the results of competitive exams in shaping the future of students is fully understood. The institute is fully committed to leaving no stone unturned in ensuring the success of its students.
