Biswanath Judiciary Selection Process
The list of eligible candidates along with dates and venue of the written test etc. will be uploaded to the official website of Biswanath Judiciary in due course. No separate call letters will be issued. Candidates are requested to refer to the website for further details.
The eligible candidates for the post of Process Server shall be required to appear for a written test followed by Viva voce. The written test shall be based on a question paper of 100 marks comprising of two groups. Group A – English, General Awareness, Mathematical ability, and Aptitude comprising 70 marks, and Group B- Assamese comprising of 30 marks. The minimum mark to qualify for the written test is 60% in both groups.
Important Points
Candidates must be Indian citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
They should have registered their names in the Employment Exchange, and the registration should be valid as of the date of application submission.
The candidates must be at least 18 years old and not more than 40 years old as of January 1st, 2023. The upper age limit can be relaxed as per Government norms.
Candidates who are already employed in the Government sector must apply through proper channels and provide a copy of their Service Book and a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their employer.
Applicants can submit their application in a sealed envelope along with self-attested copies of all the necessary documents, such as Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card, and recent passport-size photographs (three copies) duly signed on the reverse side.
They can either drop the envelope in the “Drop Box” of the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biswanath, or send it by post to the mentioned address. Candidates working in the Government sector should submit their application through proper channels.
