Educational qualifications-
The candidate must possess the minimum educational qualification of VIII Standard passed. Those who have passed HSSLC or equivalent or above examination need not apply.
They will be treated as ineligible.
Applicants have to produce a self-declaration certificate along with the application form mentioning that “he/she has not passed HSSLC or equivalent examination or above”.

1) Eligible candidates will have to apply in Standard Form of Application (published in the Gazette Part IX of Govt. of Assam) and must submit to
“The District & Sessions Judge, Bajali, Pathsala, District Judicial Court Complex, Madan Rauta Nagar, Pathsala – 781325″. The Last date of receipt of the application is 24-01-2023 till 4.00 PM,
2) The application must be accompanied by the following-
(a) Three recent colored-passport size photographs with signatures on the reverse side,
(b) Self-attested copies of testimonials in support of his/her AGE, CASTE, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, etc.
(c) Mobile Nos. must be written on the top of the Standard Form in RED INK.
3) Candidates already in govt. service must apply through the proper channel.
4) Incomplete or late received applications will summarily be rejected.
5) If any candidate is found canvassing directly/indirectly his/her candidature will be rejected.
6) The applications can be submitted through Ordinary/Speed/Registered Post
or by directly to the office of the undersigned.
Selection Procedure-
The candidates will have to appear in an Interview (Viva-Voce) at their own expense.
The selection will be made purely on a merit basis.
No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates. However, the list of sorted-out candidates and the Date of the Interview will be uploaded to the official website.
