Recruitment Positions

Professor in Physical Education

Number of Posts: Two (2)

Age: As per UGC norms

Scale of Pay: RS 1,44,200 to RS 2,18,200 + Other allowances as admissible

Qualification:

• Eligibility: An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.
• Published work of high quality with a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• Minimum of ten years of teaching experience or research experience at an equivalent level. OR
• An outstanding professional with a Ph.D. degree and ten years of relevant experience.

Controller of Examination (CoE)

Number of Posts: One (1)

Age: Preferably below 57 years

Scale of Pay: RS 1,44,200 to RS 2,18,200 + Other allowances as admissible

Qualification:

Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.

• At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor or 8 years in Academic level 12 and above. OR
• Comparable experience in research establishment or higher education institutions. OR
• 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

Librarian

Number of Posts: One (01)

Age: Preferably below 55 years

Scale of Pay: RS 1,44,200 to RS 2,18,200 + Other allowances as admissible

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks.
• Minimum 10 years as a Librarian in a University Library or 10 years of teaching experience.
• Evidence of innovative Library services.
• Ph.D. degree in Library Science/Documentation/archives and manuscript keeping.
