Educational Qualification: The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate/CA/ICWA/MBA or equivalent from a recognized University/institution.
Experience
Minimum 15 years working experience, with at least 5 years not below the rank of a General Manager or equivalent in Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Body or in the rank of Deputy Secretary in the State Government or equivalent in the Central Govt.
Proven track record in management and marketing of Hydrocarbon/Transportation of Piped Gas/Gas Distribution.
Sufficient experience of independently conducting administrative functions in established Public Sector Enterprises or Private Sector Companies/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Departments.
Salary
The post carries a fixed pay scale of RS 130,000/- per month, with other perks and allowances admissible as per Company Rules.

- Maximum age: 57 years as of 1st October 2023
- Relaxation of the upper age limit by one year is provided for in-service internal candidates up to the age of 58 years.
Job Description
The Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the company and is accountable to its Board of Directors and the Government of Assam. The role entails ensuring the efficient functioning of the company to achieve its corporate objectives and performance parameters. Tenure of Appointment
