Application Fee- Candidates need to pay a fee to cover the costs of processing the application. This fee is non-refundable. Candidates belonging to this category will only need to pay an “intimation charge” of Rs. 175 (inclusive of GST). How to apply

To apply for Post Codes 1 to 6, candidates should follow the steps below between 16/02/2023 and 28/02/2023. For Post Code 7 to 41, the application window will be announced soon. Please note that no other mode of application will be accepted.

A. Application Registration Guidelines/Procedures:

Visit the official website and navigate to the application registration page.

Fill in the required information such as personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience.

Upload the necessary documents, including a recent passport-size photograph and signature.

Verify the information entered and submit the application form.

Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

B. Payment of Fees Guidelines/Procedures:

After submitting the application form, candidates will be directed to the payment gateway.

Pay the application fee as per the instructions provided. The fee can be paid online or offline mode.

Once the payment is successful, a payment confirmation will be displayed on the screen.

Take a printout of the payment receipt for future reference.

Note: Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before applying and ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for the desired post.

Documents Needed

Candidates can proceed to upload Photos and Signatures as per the specifications given below for Scanning and Upload of the Photograph and Signature.

A recent, recognizable photograph and signature (4.5cm × 3.5cm) should be uploaded by the candidate in the online application form and the candidate should ensure that copies of the same are retained for future use at various stages of the process.

Candidates are also advised not to change their appearance till the process is completed.

Failure to produce the same photograph at various stages of the process or doubt about identity at any stage could lead to disqualification.

Guidelines for Photograph

It must be a recent passport-style color picture.

The picture should be in color and taken against a light-colored (preferably white) background.

Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.

If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade to avoid squinting and harsh shadows.

If flash is used, ensure there’s no “red-eye”.

If you wear glasses, make sure there are no reflections, and your eyes are visible.

Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not allowed. Religious headwear is allowed, but it must not cover your face.

The dimensions of the photograph should be 200 x 230 pixels (preferred).

The size of the file should be between 20 kb – 50 kb.

Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50 kb. If the file size exceeds 50 kb, adjust the scanner settings, such as the DPI resolution and number of colors, during the scanning process.

Guidelines for image-

The applicant has to sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen.

 The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.

The signature will be used put on the Attendance sheet and wherever necessary.

The applicant’s signature obtained on the call letter and attendance sheet at the time of the examination should match the uploaded signature.

In case of a mismatch, the applicant may be disqualified.

Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred) – The size of the file should be between 10kb – 20kb

The size of the scanned image must be not more than 20kb – Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted.

“Dwarfism” refers to a medical or genetic condition resulting in an adult height of 4 feet 10 inches (147 centimeters) or less.

“Muscular dystrophy” refers to a group of hereditary genetic muscle diseases that weaken the muscles that move the human body. Persons with muscular dystrophy have incorrect and missing information in their genes, which prevents them from making the proteins they need for healthy muscles. It is characterized by progressive skeletal muscle weakness, defects in muscle proteins, and the death of muscle cells and tissue.

“Acid attack victims” refers to a person who has been disfigured due to violent assaults by throwing acid or similar corrosive substances.

Important Points

To be considered for the mentioned specialist posts, candidates must submit their mark sheets or certificates for educational qualifications. The document must be from the Board/University and indicate that the result was declared on or before 01.01.2023.

At the time of the interview, candidates must present the original experience certificate for at least the minimum number of years required, obtained from one or more employers in the relevant department or domain.
