Assam Lot Mandal recruitment at Department of revenue Charaideo district 2023

CHARAIDEO DISTRICT VACANCIES OF LOT MANDAL UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, ASSAM.

Department of Revenue, Dispur, Assam, through an official notification has accepted applications for filling up of Lot Mandal, (Grade 3) posts lying vacant in Charaideo District. Qualified Indian citizens can participate in this recruitment process.

For this, the form has to be filled in as described below. Candidates will have to submit the eligibility certificate and all other necessary documents. An incomplete form will not be acceptable.

Name of Recruitment- Deputy Commissioner, Bajali District.

Name of Board– Government of Assam.

Pay Scale– 14,000 to 60,500 per month.

Educational qualifications-

Passed matriculation, from a government-recognized institute.

A six-month diploma in computer education.

Candidates must have a valid six-month recorder certificate class course training from the Assam Surveys and settlement training center, Dakhin Gaon, Guwahati.

Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit: Minimum age should be 18 Years and the maximum age will be 40 years.

How to Apply-

Applicants need to submit a duly filled application form of application online, with all the relevant documents of age, education qualification, caste, and professional qualification mentioned below.

The application will be available on the official website mentioned below from 04/01/2023 to 22/01/2023.

No application will be filled up after the expiry of the given time as the link will be disabled.

No email or offline or another form for submission of application is allowed.

Candidates should mention a valid Mobile Number and Email address in the application form.

Documents needed-

Self-attested copies of all certificates/mark sheets in support of educational and other qualifications, age, and caste along with other testimonials.

Self-attested copies of the 6-month RCCC Training Pass Certificate.

Three copies of recent passport-size photographs duly signed by the candidates across the photographs, one should be pasted on the application.

EWS Certificate for reserved category.

Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

Declaration in form A.

PWD Certificate issued by the competent authority.

Selection Procedure-

Candidate must have to appear in a written examination comprising the mentioned subjects.

Important Points-

Three candidates will be selected against each vacancy notified on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained in the Written Test to appear in the Computer Proficiency Test.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Written/ Practical Test.
The final selection list will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in both the Objective Type Written Test and the Computer Proficiency Test.

The selection will be strictly on a merit basis.

The undersigned will have the right to accept or reject the candidature after proper scrutiny of the documents/testimonials etc. with regard to the modalities of selection.

The decision of the undersigned shall be final and binding.

The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to the appointing authority that they will abide by the New Pension Rules of the Govt. issued vide Finance Department Letter No. BW3/2003/Pt-II/01 dated 25/01/2005.

Candidates not having requisite qualifications and age will be summarily rejected.

Appointment will be made after necessary police verification and medical examination as per the procedure.

The candidates qualifying in the written test must produce all original testimonials for verification at the time of Computer
Practical Test.

Eligible candidates can download Call Letters/Admit Cards on the website https://niyukti.assam.gov.in /lmcharaideo for Written Test and Computer Practical Test and candidates will also be notified through the district website. They are required to visit these sites for regular updates.

There will be no Viva-Voce.
