Description
The Video Annotation Associate in this role is responsible for watching videos of the stowing actions at a fulfillment center, comprehending them thoroughly, and leveraging human judgment in conjunction with tools and resources to accurately identify the activities captured in the videos. They are also tasked with verifying or marking the location of products through a tool while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. This critical process contributes to the maintenance of stow quality in the fulfillment center. This role operates under general supervision and involves precise and comprehensive video/image annotations with a high degree of accuracy and duration.

- Watch stowing action videos at a fulfillment center and understand them thoroughly.

Important Points
- GO-AI Associates work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts.
- They work a 9-hour shift, which includes breaks, with shift timings subject to change every quarter or as per business requirements.
- Night shift allowances are provided as per Amazon’s work policy if the associate is working in a night shift.
- Weekly offs are on a rotational basis, with two consecutive days off (a 5-day working week) or as per business discretion.
About the Team
- GO-AI provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities to enable hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos/images.
- Short-duration videos (typically 15 to 20 seconds) are sent to GO-AI for annotation by humans, providing information about the products stored at fulfillment centers.
- Thorough review and annotation of these videos using human judgment are crucial for business use and enhance the effectiveness of the automated process, contributing to stow quality maintenance at the fulfillment center.
