Staff Selection Commission released an official notification, that the result of the computer-based examination conducted previously on 2022 on 01.10.2022 for the posts of 3224 Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator was declared on 03.11.2022.

The Staff Selection Commission will soon release the final results of the examination. Before the results are announced, candidates who appeared in Paper II must submit their preferences for the positions they applied for.
Selection of Preferences
All candidates who took part in the Paper-II examination are encouraged to submit their preferences for Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2022 on the official website of SSC using their “Candidate Login” account. A tab for submitting preferences is available on the website.
Date of selection
The tab shall remain active during the period from 24/01/2023 to 29/01/2023 during which period the candidates can submit their Preference.
Candidates may please note that the Option-cum and Preference can be revised only during the said period when the tab shall remain active and Option-cum-Preference last submitted by the candidate will be treated as final.
Important Points
Candidates who fail to exercise their Option-cum-Preference during the aforesaid period, shall not be given any further opportunity for submission of their Option-cum-Preference, and such candidates will not be considered for inclusion in the final merit list or final selection.
Therefore, the candidates who have appeared in Paper-II are advised to mandatorily exercise their Option-cum-Preference for consideration of their candidature in the final merit list or final selection in Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2022.
It is reiterated that the Commission would not give any further opportunity for the exercise of Option-cum-Preference to the candidates beyond the dates mentioned above and no representation in this regard sent through the post, e-mail, fax, etc. shall be entertained.
