NOTICE REGARDING ADMISSION
This notice pertains to all candidates who participated in the counseling and document verification process from March 9th, 2023, to March 11th, 2023, for admission into the first-year GNM Training Course for the 2022-23 session in various Government GNM Training Schools across the State of Assam.
The list of successfully selected candidates has been published on the official website of the Directorate of Health Services, Assam (www.dhs.assam.gov.in) on August 22, 2023.
All candidates who have been selected are hereby instructed to promptly visit the office of the respective Principal Tutor/Principal Nursing Officer at the GNM Training School they have been allocated to, along with all their original documents.
These documents include their Birth Certificate or HSLC Admit Card, (10+2) Marksheet & Pass Certificate, CEE Admit Card & Score Card, PRC, Caste Certificate, EWS Certificate, etc. This process must be completed within 7 (seven) days from the date of this publication. Please note the following conditions:
Candidates are required to submit their original Birth Certificate or HSLC Admit Card, (10+2) Marksheet & Pass Certificate, CEE Admit Card & Score Card, PRC, Caste Certificate, EWS Certificate, etc., to the Principal Tutor/Principal Nursing Officer during the admission process.
- Admission of candidates is contingent upon obtaining a satisfactory Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Medical Board constituted by the competent authority.
- All admissions are provisional.
- Candidates failing to complete the admission process within the stipulated timeframe will result in the cancellation of their allotted seat.
ASSAM PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION NOTICE
This notice serves to inform all concerned parties about the recruitment process for the positions of Senior Information & Public Relations Officer (Advt no.18/2023 dated June 3, 2023) and Junior Information & Public Relations Officer (Advt. no. 19/2023 dated June 3, 2023) within the Information, Public Relations, Printing & Stationery Department, Assam. The selection process will comprise three phases as follows:
(i) Screening Test, (ii) Written Examination, and (iii) Interview. The comprehensive testing/examination plan is as follows:
Screening Test: An OMR-based Screening Test will be conducted to shortlist candidates for the written examination. The screening test consists of 100 marks with 100 objective-type questions to be answered within a duration of 2 hours.
Written Examination:
Paper-I: General English (Essay, Comprehension, Report writing on a given issue), carrying 100 marks, with a duration of 2 hours.
Paper-II: Mass Communication and General Awareness (Mass Communication, Journalism, and General Awareness), also carrying 100 marks and lasting for 2 hours.
Candidates have the option to write their answers in either English or Assamese for Paper-II.
Interview: The interview phase carries a weightage of 25 marks.
The final merit of candidates will be determined based on a total of 225 marks (Written exam: 200 marks, Interview: 25 marks).
The detailed syllabus, schedule for the Screening Test, Written Examination, and other relevant information will be announced at a later date.
NATIONAL COMPANY LAW APPELLATE TRIBUNAL MEMBER APPOINTMENT EXTENSION NOTICE
The deadline for online submission of applications for the positions of Judicial and Technical Members at the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), as advertised in the Vacancy Circular A-12023/2/2023-Ad.IV-MCA dated June 6, 2023, was initially set for July 5, 2023.
To encourage broader participation and attract the finest talent, an extension has been granted for submitting applications. The new deadline for online applications is now September 1, 2023.
Candidates interested in applying for the aforementioned roles at NCLAT but have not yet done so are being provided an additional opportunity. They can apply online by visiting the website https://apptrbmembermca.gov.in starting from August 18, 2023, at 10:00 AM until September 1, 2023, at 05:30 PM.
After the final submission of the application on the online portal, applicants are required to print the application, complete and sign it, and enclose it with copies of the uploaded documents. The complete package should be sent to the address specified in the vacancy circular dated June 6, 2023, and must reach by September 8, 2023, before 05:30 PM.
It’s important to note that all other terms and conditions outlined in the original Vacancy Circular, including eligibility criteria, age limit, and qualifications, will remain unchanged.
